The cottage, classified furnished tourism 5 stars, is air conditioned. It has a privative carpark within the closed. It's made of:
- two rooms. A parental room with a bed 160x200 and a room with two twin beds of 90x200.
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen
- a bathroom with large shower and double washbasin
- separate toilet

The lodge is equipped with a washer dryer, an Orange TV box (160 channels and 40 HD) and a very high speed Wi-fi.
